Day 36: Short 20km day
Was a short 20 odd kms today. This would leave about 44km tomorrow to get to the train in Salinas plus whatever extra to get from SLO to the camp ground.
Cycling was easy. Stopped for a couple of hours in some coffee shop and arrived at camp around mid day. They checkin guy refused to let me checkin until 2pm. So relectuntly had to spend 2 hours lying on the beach.
When I did check in, John, the Irish guy was there already. After setup for camp, I napped and lazed around camp for the evening. Bed by 7.30 as new it would be an early start tomorrow to make the train.
