Day 69 and 70: Rest days and refreshing some tech skills
Just a quick entry. The last 2 days were rest days. Found a nice cafe so hung out there for the best part of the 2 days.
Got to know Jan a little better. He is a super interesting guy. After traveling in India, he returned to give something back and ended up setting up an NGO that builds schools and volunteering opportunities in India.
Decided to stretch some of the old technical muscles and setup Google Search Console, fix some broken links and gave a couple of SEO and wordpress tips for his website. The website is https://one-world-alliance.com if you want to check it out. Is a great project run by super cool people.
Also hung out with some of the RV campers in the campground.
There was a plus 1 hour time change when passing into Baja California Sur so should give an extra hour of sunlight in the evening which is nice.
Tomorrow I will continue cycling down highway 1. Over the next 3 days, I should make it to the sea of Cortez
