Day 78: Loreto

Feeling much better this morning so I decided to be up and out early and to set my eyes on Loreto which is 110+ km away. A very big day by my standards.
One advantage of staying in such a hotel last night is that I got coffee and Cornflakes this morning.
First half of the day was cycling along the sea of Cortez. These views were quite stunning. the 2nd half of the day I was short on water. Would have been ok but just not fun. But I did find a random restaurant in the middle of nowhere about 30 km from the end. I downed a bottle of coke, a liter of water and got another liter to get me to my destination.
Campground at Loreto was nice. 120 pesos for a camp with showers and laundry etc. Met another couple (Anna and valentine), an Austrian guy (Manuel) and a polish guy who’s name I forgot.
Found out today that the termux Linux emulator app on my phone is broken. It justs “sig 9” when I tried to open it. Don’t have the mental capacity to debug this. Only result of this is that the map on the website (https://kev.bike/map) will not be updated until I fix this.
Internet is too bad to export GPX track from Garmin so will upload map at future date.
