Day 130, 131 + 132: Guadalajara to Guanajuato.

Am 3 cycle days behind but these were very similar days where not much happened so going to combine them.
Day 130 Was a later start as I foolishly didn’t pack my bags or bike the night before. I had set my eyes on a longer distance for today but didn’t even reach half way and was pretty knackered so played a game of justifying stopping at the next town. I justified it by telling myself that I would put in a big day to reach Leon tomorrow. So I found myself in Tepatitlan for the night.
— Day 131 Goal for today was 130+ km to Leon. Roads were quieter for most of this distance. Still quite a bit of climbing and had to chase the sunset into Leon. Leon is a big city. Struggled to find accommodation initially but found myself a hostel. Would have been nice to spend some time here but I want to reach Guanajuato tomorrow and take a couple of days there.
— Day 132
Shorter day today into Guanajuato. Main note from today was some very scary tunnels going into Guanajuato. Normally tunnels have some lights inside but when I entered I couldn’t see a damn thing. I did have the foresight to turn on my red blinking rear lights but that didn’t help me see in front of me. And none of the drivers seemed to have their lights on either. So I mostly guessed my way through this tunnel. One of the scariest tunnels I have been in. Only other note from today is that my Garmin seems to have bugged out as it tells me I did 100,000 feet of climbing. I am never beating the PR! Found a cool hostel and another Go club here so I will spend a couple of days here.

Also still have trouble downloading larger GPX files from Garmin depending on quality of internet connection. So one GPX file is missing.
